Özet
Televizyon haberlerinde aktarılan terör saldırılarına veya yasa dışı örgütlere, küresel egemen ideoloji doğrultusunda içerik kazandırılabilmektedir. 1980 yılları itibaren A.B.D. önderliğinde neo- liberal politikaların küreselleşmesi ve sonrasında Sovyetler Birliğinin dağılması ise A.B.D.'nin tek kutuplu güç haline gelmesini sağlamıştır. Bu doğrultuda A.B.D.'nin menfaatleri, Batı'lı ulus- ötesi şirketlerin kazançları ve İsrail'in Ortadoğu'da güvenliği doğrultusunda küresel egemen ideoloji şekillenmeye başlamıştır. Böylelikle küresel egemen ideolojinin işlevselliği doğrultusunda, farklı devletlerin ulusal televizyon kanalları tarafından aktarılan terör haberlerinde, bu ideolojiyi destekleyecek haber çerçeveleri kullanılabilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Alman ulusal devlet televizyon kanalları 'Das Erste' ve 'ZDF'nin, 'Tagesthemen' ve 'Heute Journal' haber programlarında, 2015 yılı gerçekleşen Ankara ve Paris terör saldırıları hakkında aktarılan televizyon haberlerinde, küresel egemen ideolojinin işlevselliğini sağlayacak haber çerçevelerini tespit etmek ve bu doğrultuda haber hikayelerini oluşturan söylem ve görüntüleri yorumlayıp, karşılaştırmaktır.
To the terror attacks and illegal organizations that are transmitted in the news on television, contents in parallel with the global dominant ideology can be added. Since 1980's, with the globalization of neo-liberal policies under the leadership of the United States of America and the collapse of Soviet Union provided USA to become a unipolar power. Accordingly, the global dominant ideology has started to be shaped in sequence with the interests of the United States, the incomes of the Western transnational corporations and the security of Israel in the Middle East. Thus, in accordance with the functionality of the global dominant ideology, some news frames that support this ideology can be used in the news that are about terrorism in different country's news on television channels. The aim of this thesis is to identify the news framings that provide the functionality of the global dominant ideology in the news which happened in 2015 about Ankara and Paris terror attacks that are transmitted in German national television channels Das Erste and ZDF's news programmes "Tagesthemen" and "Heute Journal" and in accordance, interpret and compare the discourses and images that shaped these news.
