Indications of atypical neuroleptics in child and adolescent [Çocuk ve ergenlerde atipik nöroleptiklerin kullanim alanlari]

Today, atypical neuroleptics are being used for treatment of child and adolescents disorders which are called resistant treatment schizophrenia, autistic disorder with several behaviour disabilities, schizophrenic disorders, affective disorders and Tourette disorder. Clozapine, olanzapine and risperidone are the most useful atypical neuroleptics. In this paper recent studies which are being investigated, atypical neuroleptics's endication, efficacy and safety in childhood were reviewed.
