Özet
Toplumun sağlık durumunun değerlendirilmesini, gerçek ve olası problemlerin tanımlanmasını ve tanımlanan problemlere belli bir sistematik yöntemle hemşirelik bakımını vermeyi amaçlayan ve birbirinin takibi olan aşamaların oluşturduğu hemşirelik girişimlerinin tümü toplum hemşireliği sürecidir. Toplum sağlığı hemşiresi de toplumun ya da toplumdaki bireylerin sağlık ve hastalık durumunu belirlemek için bu süreci tanılama, planlama, uygulama ve değerlendirme olarak dört aşamada ele almaktadır. Bu dört aşama hemşireye, toplumun genel yapısını incelerken saptanan problemlere çözüm getirmede uygun hemşirelik yaklaşımları sağlaması açısından yol göstericidir. Sonuç olarak; toplum hemşireliği süreci, diğer hemşirelik süreçlerinden farklı olarak toplumu yaşadıkları ortamda sürekli olarak izlemeyi, karşılaştıkları sorunların çözümünde toplumdaki bireyleri aktif olarak sürece katmayı ve sağlığın devam ettirilmesi, geliştirilmesi ve hastalıkların önlenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Bu derlemede de, toplumun sağlık durumunun değerlendirilmesinde toplum hemşireliği sürecinin yeri ele alınmaktadır.
The community health nursing process is the whole of the nursing initiatives that are aimed at assessing the health status of the community,defining the real and probable problems, and providing the nursing care to defined problems with a certain systematic methods. in order to determine the health and disease status of individuals in the community or community,the community health n u r s e c o n s i d e r s t h i s p ro c e s s i n f o u r s t a g e s a s diagnosis,planning,implementation and evaluation. These four steps are guiding the nurses in terms of providing appropriate nursing approaches for solving the problems identified when examining the general structure of the society. As a result, community nursing process, unlike other nursing processes, aims to continuously monitor the society in the environment where they live, to actively involve the individuals in society in the solution of the problems they encounter and to maintain and develop health and prevent diseases. in this review, the role of community nursing process is addressed in the evaluation of the health status of the society.
