Özet
Bu tez esas olarak dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, tez konusu ve tezde yapılan çalışmalar hakkında kısaca bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, zaman skalası hakkında gerekli olan bazı kavramlar ve teoremler ifade edilmiştir. Tezin üçüncü bölümünde, zaman skalasının simetrik bir alt aralığı üzerinde tanımlı ikinci mertebeden sınır değer problemler sisteminin Krasnosel'skii sabit nokta teoremi kullanılarak en az bir ve en az iki simetrik pozitif çözümleri için varlık teoremleri ispatlanmıştır. Ayrıca, sonuçların yararlılığını göstermek için iki tane örnek verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise tezin sonucu yer almaktadır.
This thesis essentially consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, information concerning the subject of the thesis and works which are related with this subject are shortly given. In the second section, some basic rules and theorems of calculus have been given on time scales. In the third section, the existence theorems for symmetric positive solutions of second order boundary value problems system on symmetric intervals of time scales are proven. To demonstrate the usefulness of our results, two examples are given. In the final section, the result of the thesis is included.
