Özet
Bu eylem arastırmasında, Izmir Ili Seferihisar Ilçesi Gödence Köyünde olusturulan birer erkek ve kadın kendine yardım grubunda haftada bir oturumlar yapılmıstır. Gödence Tarımsal Kalkınma Kooperatifi ve Gödence Muhtarlıgı uygulamaları desteklemislerdir. Kendine yardım grubuna kooperatifin yönetim kurulu üyeleri ve muhtar da dahil edilmis ve grupta alınan eylem kararlarının köydeki diger üreticiler tarafından daha çabuk benimsenmesi saglamıstır. Sonuçlar etkili köy içi kurumların bulundugu yörelerde kendine yardım gruplarının daha basarılı olabilecegini göstermektedir. Türkiye'de etkili katılımcı kırsal kalkınma ve katılımcı yayım çalısmaları için, yerel (köy ve ilçe düzeyinde) sivil toplum kuruluslarına ihtiyaç vardır. Bunların yerel olarak bulunmadıgı yerlerde, katılımcı yaklasımların kurumsallasmasının daha güç olacagı söylenebilir.Bu gibi yerlerde kendine yardımgrupları,ayrıca sivil toplum kuruluslarının ilk çekirdegi olarak da etkili olabilir.
In this action research one men and one women self help group have been formed in Gödence Village in Seferihisar County in Izmir Province, and the sessions have been carried once every week. Gödence Agricultural Development Cooperative and Head of Gödence (muhtar) have supported the activities. the members of the management board of cooperative and muhtar have been included to self help group, and this helped to the farmers for the quicker adoption of action decisions taken by the group. These results reveal that self help groups will be more successful where there are effective local organisations. It can be said that the places where there are no effective NGOs, the institutionalisation of participatory approaches is not easy. in these places the self help groups can be established and developed as a preNGOalso.
