Özet
Today, our world has been experiencing the era of brand new changes and formations in economic, political, social and cultural fields. Despite of brutal competition conditions in globalizing world, all systems from enterprises trying to survive and grow to countries trying to take new places in changing conditions of the world have been under the change. In this process, the communication has increased its efficiency and power with its technological dimensions by being peeled from its old traditional form. Information and communication technologies being the product of this new period, creates brand new opportunities for both individuals and organizations. In this study, the phenomenon of globalization is defined within the conceptual framework, new dimensions of the communication with technological developments are examined as well as new conditions and opportunities having been created by the new Information and communication technologies are evaluated.
